Randy Quaid has been arrested again, this time in Canada, where he and his wife, Evi Quaid, have been living since fleeing the U.S. in 2010 to escape what they described as “Hollywood star whackers.”

The 64-year-old was detained Tuesday morning in Montreal by Canada Border Services agents for the second time this year, CBC News reported. The actor had shown up at the agency for a regular check-in that was part of a release deal struck after a May arrest for missing an Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) interview.

A spokesman for Canada Border Services Agency told Canadian outlet the Star that more details would be available after Quaid’s detention review Thursday.

Before the May arrest, the whereabouts of Dennis Quaid’s brother had been uncertain since he missed a January 2013 appointment with Canada’s IRB, according to CBC News.

Randy Quaid had been turned down for citizenship in 2013 because of an outstanding accusation of defrauding an innkeeper in Santa Barbara to the tune of $10,000 in unpaid bills. The couple also forfeited $1 million in bail in 2010 when they didn’t show up for court hearings in a felony vandalism case alleging they squatted in and damaged the guest house on a property they once owned.

The couple fled to Canada in 2010, claiming they were in danger due to “Hollywood star whackers,” a conspiracy of business people that he said were following them, ruining them financially and may have been behind Heath Ledger’s fatal overdose, the hanging death of David Carradine and the death of Natasha Richardson, who fell and hit her head while on a ski trip.

While it was unclear why Randy Quaid was arrested Tuesday, Evi Quaid, who’s a Canadian citizen, went on a profane Twitter tear that started out “Randy was Just illegally arrested I HATE THIS COUNTRY” and went on to accuse border services of corruption and to call Canada “a wilting country with no centre other then harpers fat head.”

That’d be Prime Minister Stephen Harper, with the allegedly fat head. And watch out for some of those video links on her Twitter feed, ‘cause they go to graphic footage of the couple having sex while a cutout head of Rupert Murdock watches over them. (Not easy to unsee.)

On Tuesday, Evi also posted a profane unedited video shot Monday that features herself and her husband -- who’s almost unrecognizable in a flowing white beard and long hair -- celebrating their 26th wedding anniversary in a park with Champagne while complaining about the Obama administration, supporting Donald Trump, watching out for cops and alleging that a bail bondsman in Santa Barbara filed bogus bail bonds in their names.

The Quaids say they have been “hounding” the U.S. State Department to try to get their passports back and inform John Kerry that his entire department is corrupt and incompetent.

Randy, however, spends some time toward the end of the video telling Evi she’s saying the same thing “over and over and over again” in “ineffectual ranting.” She tells him he’ll “never be Trump.”
