Princess Charlotte is turning heads with her bubbly personality in two new portraits taken by her mum, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.

The photos, released by Kensington Palace on Sunday, were taken earlier this month at the family’s Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, and show the tiny princess in a floral dress and pale pink cardigan. She strikes two poses: One is serious royal portrait material with Charlotte stoically staring out of the frame, while the other shows unfettered elation on her face over her stuffed Fuddlewuddle Puppy.

“The Duke and Duchess hope everyone enjoys these new photos of Princess Charlotte as much as they do,” said a tweet from the couple’s official Twitter account.

The images were released just before the fourth in line to the British throne turns 7 months old on Tuesday. Catherine and William also shared holiday portraits of their firstborn, Prince George, now 2, around the same time last year.

Royal watchers last got a glimpse of the tiny princess at her July christening when she was 2 months old. Renowned photographer Mario Testino captured portraits at her christening and has unveiled additional portraits of the royal family.
