Molly Sims welcomes a baby boy
Molly Sims is a proud mommy!
The actress-model and her husband, Scott Stuber, welcomed a baby boy on Tuesday, according to People.
“They both couldn’t be happier,” a source close to the couple told the magazine.
The little guy is said to have weighed a little more than 7 pounds, Us Weekly reported. No word on the baby’s name, but the magazine said Sims had his “bohemian, modern chic” nursery ready to go.
Prior to the delivery, the “Project Accessory” host tweeted: “Thank you to all my followers for all your best wishes as we wait for Baby Sims-Stuber! We can’t wait to meet him! xoMolly”
This is the first baby for the 39-year-old model, and on her blog she referred to the final days of her pregnancy as “the dark days.” She said she’d been “nesting like crazy.”
“The maternal instincts are really kicking in, people! I’ve cleaned my garage, organized my closets, and put the whole pantry in order -- all with one hand mind you!” she wrote.
“I want to clean EVERYTHING in sight, but I just have to remind myself to relax, breathe, eat well (and take 2,000 mg per day of Vitamin C to build a thick amniotic sac and prevent premature birth -- another tip from Natalie Lewis)... because in less than a week, we’ll finally get to meet our little guy and I can’t think of anything I’ve ever looked forward to more.”
Stuber, 43, who produced “Battleship,” and Sims were married last September in Napa Valley during an intimate ceremony attended by Fergie and husband Josh Duhamel, Sims’ former “Las Vegas” costar.
