One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson has an L.A. friend -- one he apparently got pregnant

Louis Tomlinson of One Direction is reportedly expecting a baby -- with a friend. Who happens to be a girl. But is not his girlfriend.

The 23-year-old boy bander and Briana Jungwirth, an L.A.-based stylist, are expecting their child to arrive early in 2016, a mutual friend told People, noting that the news was “a surprise at first.”

“Although they aren’t in a relationship, their friendship is extremely strong and they are both really excited about the baby, the pal told the magazine. “It’s early days and Briana and the baby’s health are the most important things right now.”

Tomlinson is excited, intends to be a “hands-on” dad and has been looking at properties in L.A., said the source, who noted that Jungwirth is “not interested” in the fact that her baby daddy is globally famous.

Tomlinson and longtime girlfriend Eleanor Calder broke up in March after dating since 2011. He and Jungwirth, 23, were seen out together a few times in May, and it’s a good bet to say they got along very well.

“His friend gets on with her friend, so they’ve all been hanging out together,” a source told the Daily Mirror at the time. “He is young and single, so why not?”
