‘Kardashians’ stars Kris Jenner, Bruce Jenner finalize divorce terms

The terms of Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner’s divorce have been finalized in a neatly packaged deal.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” matriarch and patriarch put an end to their 23-year marriage with a lengthy settlement agreement on Dec. 16, according to court documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times on Thursday.

The duo, who wed on April 21, 1991, separated on June 1, 2013. They announced the separation and that they’d been living apart in October 2013, and Kris filed her divorce petition nearly a year later in September. The former Olympic decathlete promptly filed a nearly identical response the same day.

The two took several measures to expedite the process with a negotiated settlement of financial matters that covered an array of topics, including their 17-year-old daughter’s private school tuition and their frequent-flier miles. The couple reportedly did not have a prenuptial agreement.

The Kardashian momager and the gold medalist each “desired an expeditious settlement” of all the matters and “knowingly waived” their rights “to complete full and formal discovery,” the documents said.

Neither asked for spousal or child support, since they’ll be sharing joint custody of daughter Kylie only until she turns 18 in August 2015. Their other daughter, model Kendall Jenner, turned 18 in November 2013.

Each parent will pay for Kylie’s expenses while she’s in their custody; however, Kris will continue to pay her private-school tuition for the remainder of her education.

Neither Jenner can remarry or enter into a new domestic partnership until March 23, 2015. (However, the cookbook author has already started dating Corey Gamble, according to several reports.)

They each get to keep all the money from financial accounts, business partnerships and all the property they owned or received prior to their marriage that were made solely in their respective names as well as intellectual property, trust interests and several life insurance and long-term disability policies, credit-card points, airline rewards, furniture and other personal items, clothing and jewelry.

The former talk show host, 59 -- real name Kristen Jenner -- gets to keep the money in the accounts for Momager Inc. and her management company Jenner Communications. She also keeps the couple’s 2012 Rolls Royce Ghost, 2014 Bentley CV, 2014 Land Rover Range Rover and their Hidden Hills home, which is prominently featured on their E! reality series.

Meanwhile, Kris has to pay Bruce an equalization payment of $2.5 million through June 30, 2015.

It’s unclear if she’ll be changing her last name. Her maiden name is Houghton and she dropped Kardashian after her split with lawyer Robert Kardashian in 1991.

Bruce, 65 -- real name William B. Jenner -- is keeping half the money in a number of their joint accounts as well as a 2011 Porsche 997 Coupe, 2013 Cadillac Escalade and 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle.

They’ll file a joint income tax return for 2014 and are currently being audited for 2011 -- they’re expected to split the balance if one is due.

It’s the second divorce for Kris -- she was wed to Kardashian for 13 years and they had four kids together: daughters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe and son Robert Kardashian. It’s the third divorce for Bruce, who was previously wed to Chrystie Crownover and Linda Thompson. He had two children with each wife.
