Kourtney Kardashian’s third baby name mashes up period drama, luxe auto
Kourtney Kardashian seems to be a fan of young-adult drama and fancy cars -- the reality star has named her third child Reign Aston Disick.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star and her longtime beau Scott Disick reportedly welcomed baby Reign on Dec. 14.
He joins older brother Mason Dash, who turned 5 on the same day, and older sister Penelope Scotland, 2.
On Sunday, the 35-year-old fashionista shared the first image of her new baby boy on Instagram: “Madly in love with my little Reign Aston Disick,” she wrote, showing off the little guy’s tiny hand and giving the first official confirmation that she’d given birth.
No word yet on why the eldest Kardashian chose the name -- but we’re thinking “Reign,” the CW’s Mary Queen of Scots drama, and Disick’s penchant for fancy cards could be the culprits.
Or not at all.
What we do know is that after younger sis Kim Kardashian and Kanye West named their daughter North West, the family is ramping up its unique sense of nomenclature.
The spotlight-loving family has stayed relatively quiet on social media since Reign’s birth. However, daddy Disick did share a note of congrats from pal French Montana, who’s recently been Khloe Kardashian’s on-and-off boyfriend.
“Congradulations on Baby #3 I wish I could have named him ‘Haann’ or ‘Daddy’ I wish you all the blessings in the world! Love, Uncle French,” the rapper’s note said, with Disick captioning the picture “Classic thanks @frenchmontana”
