Jesse James chops off pinky in gruesome bike shop accident

Jesse James lost his pinky while working with a saw at his custom bike shop.

And it’s pretty gruesome.

“Doesn’t look like this little dude’s gonna make it, Nice know’n you little buddy,” James posted on Twitter Tuesday, sharing a stomach-churning photo of the severed phalange.

“OOOpps, Bad day at the office. Headed 2 Surgery in a few #PayUpSucker,” he later added with another graphic photo of the sliced digit.

James, 44, rose to fame with his West Coast Choppers brand and Texas-based custom motorcycle shop, which gained him more notoriety when it got its own reality TV show on the Discovery Channel in 2002 called “Monster Garage” and later had a stint on “The Apprentice.” He also made headlines with a cheating scandal in 2010 that ultimately ended his marriage to Oscar winner Sandra Bullock.

But back to the catastrophe at hand, no pun intended.

The self-proclaimed “glorifed welder” continued to post updates of the monster injury while heading to surgery to handle the situation.

“I was working in the shop today and just like my glove got caught in one of the machines and took my finger off. I didn’t even know it actually got cut off until I like got five steps away and I’m like, ‘Oh man, I think my finger got cut off,’” he recounted for TMZ Live.

“So my wife [Alexis DeJoria] and I were on the floor looking around for the piece of finger so we could put it on ice and haul ... to the hospital,” he added.

(Dry heaves, everybody. Dry heaves.)

But doctors told James that they wouldn’t be able to reattach his little finger.

“They’re going to take a skin graft of the chunk of finger and sew it back on. He asked them to sew his finger print back on just for fun,” he said, saying he refused to take pain killers including morphine. “It’s not that bad dude.”

By Wednesday, James was back at work, posting a photo of the finger in a black bandage while handling a torch in the shop.

But 15 hours of surgery? At least that’s gotta hurt...
