Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie are officially divorced: House is hers, cash is his
If they’ve been hot to put “divorced” on a dating profile, Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie can finally do it: Their paperwork is done, more than two years after they split.
Confirmation of the done deal comes via TMZ, which reports that the star of TVLand’s “Younger” and the Disney Channel’s “Lizzie Maguire” will keep the Beverly Hills house and pay the retired NHL hockey player a little more than $2.4 million for his share.
There’s no spousal support, and the two will share custody of son Luca, born in March 2012. He gets the Bentley and the Mercedes and she keeps her share of a mobile home in Malibu, according to TMZ. They had a prenup, the Associated Press reported.
Duff and Comrie’s split was amicable, they said in a statement in January 2014.
“They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other’s lives,” her rep said. “They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son.”
Duff, 28, and Comrie, 35, got married in 2010 after dating for three years.
