Drake, Diddy reportedly brawl outside Miami nightclub

Drake and Diddy reportedly got into it outside a Miami Beach nightclub in the wee hours Monday morning, with the situation coming to blows.

Well, maybe just one blow, according to a TMZ source, who said the rapper-producer-entrepreneur punched the “Started From the Bottom” singer once and it was over. Apparently, Mr. Sean Combs told the younger hip-hop star, “You will never disrespect me,” the source said.

“Diddy claimed that Drake was using music without the proper rights,” a source told Page Six, adding that when the dust settled, the former went into the club and the latter took off. They’d both been attending a birthday party for DJ Khaled, according to multiple reports.

MTV News said it was able to confirm that a fight went down.

However, a rumor that the argument was about Cassie, Diddy’s singer-model girlfriend, appears to be just that, Gossip Cop said: a rumor only.

Meanwhile, DJ Khaled was online Monday thanking the two who tangled plus Flo Rida, Mack Maine, Swizz Beatz and others for making it to his party.

Drake’s Saturday night seems to have been a bit better, as he took the stage for a surprise DJ set during a party he hosted at a waterfront Palm Island mansion during Art Basel Miami Beach.

Adrian Grenier, Joe Jonas, Rosario Dawson, Chanel Iman, Nina Agdal, Jourdan Dunn, A-Trak, A$AP Ferg, Victor Cruz, Hannah Bronfman and Drake’s DJ Future the Prince were spotted at the event, which officially launched smart-headphone company Muzik.

“I appreciate all the love and the cameras and all that ...,” Drake told the crowd, “but what I really want you to do is get drunk and enjoy the music. The music’s gonna get louder, we’re gonna have fun tonight.”

The next night? Maybe not so much.
