Watch: Live chat with ‘The Mindy Project’s’ Mindy Kaling
Love has never come easy for Mindy Lahiri. The neurotic, print-mixing OB-GYN at the center of Fox’s “The Mindy Project” has locked lips with more than a few frogs in her quest to find the kind of love gleaned from countless rom-com viewings.
Amid the #OMG bedlam of an ill-attempted sexy rendition of “Santa Baby” and the sex tape discovery -- to name only a few of Mindy’s embarrassing moments last season -- in the workplace-looking-for-love comedy, a romance began to brew between Mindy and her crusty but sweet co-worker Danny Castellano. After a shaky start, things got back on track with a rom-com-esque closing scene. What does that mean for Season 2?
Multi-hyphenate Mindy Kaling, who plays the titular character (in addition to being the creator of the show), will stop by the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday to take part in a live chat at 11 a.m. PDT to discuss how last season played out and how that will influence how things pick up in the forthcoming season.
