Gold Standard: Live chat with ‘Parks and Recreation’s’ Adam Scott
“Parks and Recreation” has thrown us a few surprises over the years -- Duke Silver, April and Andy’s impromptu wedding, Li’l Sebastian going to that Great Corral in the Sky -- but nothing quite prepared us for the bombshell dropped in the finale of this season. (And we’re going to leave it at that, just in case you haven’t watched.)
Adam Scott will be dropping by The Times on Tuesday at 1 p.m. PDT to talk about the ending (so, you’d better watch it between now and then) as well as his thoughts on the show’s upcoming final season. We’ll also be discussing “The Greatest Event in Television History,” the series of four specials that Scott made for Adult Swim with his wife, Naomi. The shorts have featured the likes of Amy Poehler, Paul Rudd, Catherine O’Hara and Chelsea Peretti and are pretty wonderful, particularly if ‘80s television is your thing.
We’ll also be happy to pass along your questions. Tweet them to us, using the hashtag #asklatimes. See you Tuesday.
