Actor Chris Tucker sells in Tarzana for $2.1 million
Actor-comedian Chris Tucker has sold his house in Tarzana for $2.1 million.
Set on about three-quarters of an acre in a gated community, the contemporary Mediterranean features an open floor plan, three fireplaces, high ceilings, a study, a wet bar, a butler’s pantry, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 6,399 square feet of living space. A pool, spa, lawn and a motor court complete the outdoors.
Tucker, 41, starred opposite Jackie Chan in the three “Rush Hour” films. More recently, he was in the film “Silver Linings Playbook.”
He bought the house in 1996 for $1,113,500.
Danielle Anderson of Estates of Today was the listing agent. Jack Der Ashodian of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
