Actor Ryan Phillippe’s Sunset Strip-area home goes on the market for $7.45 million
Actor Ryan Phillippe has put his home in the Sunset Strip area up for sale at $7.45 million.
With a master suite that takes up an entire level, the gated five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house contains 7,600 square feet of living space. Among features are a gym, a media room and separate guest or office space. The more than half-acre of grounds includes a swimming pool, a spa, a sauna and an outdoor kitchen.
Phillippe, 37, starred in “The Lincoln Lawyer,” released earlier this year, and “The Bang Bang Club” (2010). He got his start in the early ‘90s on the soap opera “One Life to Live.” Other acting credits include “Flags of Our Fathers” (2006) and “Cruel Intentions” (1999).
Public records show he bought the property for $7.175 million in 2008, after his split from actress Reese Witherspoon.
Penny Warren and Kathleen M. Holland of Coldwell Banker’s Studio City office are the listing agents.
