Composer-arranger Roger Neill lists Studio City home for $1.499 million
Composer-arranger Roger Neill has put his Studio City house up for sale at $1.499 million.
The midcentury ranch house sits on 1.2 acres of park-like grounds with views of the San Fernando Valley. Features include a library, an island kitchen, breakfast area, walls of glass and fireplaces in the living room and master suite. There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Neill worked on the animated comedy “King of the Hill” for 13 seasons. He has written music for more than 20 films and hundreds of television episodes. He is working on Roman Coppola’s “A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III,” to be released next year.
Public records show Neill bought the house in 2009 for $1.375 million. Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. is among the home’s previous owners.
