‘Batman’ producer Peter Guber sells Bel-Air home
Producer and Mandalay Entertainment chief Peter Guber has sold a Bel-Air house for $13.8 million.
The one-story home, built in 1959, sits on two flat acres with mature trees and landscaping. The 4,324-square-foot house has high ceilings and views from downtown to the ocean. There are three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Guber, 69, has produced such films as “The Color Purple” (1985), “Rain Man” (1988), “Batman” (1989) and “Batman Returns” (1992).
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency was the listing agent. DeDe Logsdon of Coldwell Banker’s Brentwood office represented the buyer.
