Pat Sajak’s former house spins back on the market
A house in Glendale that “Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajak and his first wife, Sherrill, once lived in has been redone and flipped back on the market at $699,000.
The two-story Craftsman, built in 1911, has been remodeled while retaining much of its period look. Updated rooms include the kitchen, all three bathrooms and the laundry room. Including the master bedroom, which has a walk-in closet and a balcony, there are four bedrooms and a total of 2,600 square feet of living space. The house sits on a double lot with a newly constructed detached garage.
The Daytime Emmy winner, 64, hosted day and evening versions of the game show from 1983-89 and continues on evenings. He and Sherrill divorced in 1986.
Public records show she sold the house in November for $425,000.
The listing agents are Phyllis Harb of Prudential California Realty, La Canada Flintridge, and Alex Felix of Re/Max VIP, Bell Gardens.
