Matthew Perry puts 2nd house up for sale
“Friends” star Matthew Perry has put a second home up for sale in as many weeks, this time listing a contemporary in the Sunset Strip area at $5,695,000.
The 4,100-square-foot midcentury modern features disappearing walls of glass that open to a patio and swimming pool, a home theater and indoor and outdoor fireplaces. There are three bedrooms and 31/2 bathrooms.
Perry, 42, starred in the decade-long sitcom “Friends” starting in 1994. Since his days as Chandler Bing, he starred in “17 Again” (2009) and the comedy series “Mr. Sunshine” (2011).
Public records show he bought the property in 2006 for $1.7 million.
Earlier this month he listed the Pier House in Malibu for $13.5 million. The ocean-view house has four bedrooms, 51/2 bathrooms and 3,677 square feet of living space.
Greg Holcomb and Mark Rutstein of Partners Trust, Beverly Hills, are the listing agents, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
