Actress Kaley Cuoco, who co-stars as the neighbor of a pair of socially inept physicists on “The Big Bang Theory,” has sold her home in Sherman Oaks for $822,500.
The Spanish-style house was built in 1937 but has been updated. Features include distressed hardwood floors, French doors that open to a covered patio and interior arches between living spaces. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,171 square feet.
Cuoco, 25, has starred on the sitcom since 2007. The show has been renewed through the 2013-14 season.
She was also a regular on the series “Charmed” (2005-06) and “8 Simple Rules” (2002-05). She is in “The Last Ride” set for wide release in January.
The property was purchased in 2005 for $1.355 million, according to public records.
