Producer Janet Healy sells to actors Zach Gilford and Kiele Sanchez
Producer Janet Healy has sold her Silver Lake area house to actors Zach Gilford and Kiele Sanchez for $1.435 million.
The Spanish-style house, built in the 1930s, features a stained-glass window in the living room, a paneled library with a bar, a media room and an office. The more than 3,900-square-foot home has three bedrooms and 31/2 bathrooms. The walled grounds includes terraces, fountains and tile murals.
Zach Gilford, 29, has been a regular on “Friday Night Lights” since 2006. This year he was also in the medical drama “Off the Map.”
Kiele Sanchez, 35, stars on “The Glades” (2010-11). She was on “Lost” in 2006 and 2007.
Among Healy’s credits are “Despicable Me” (2010) and Dr. Seuss’ “The Lorax,” set for release in March. She bought the house in 2007 for $1.7 million, public records show.
Elena Jovis of Nourmand & Associates in Beverly Hills was the listing agent. Alessandra Young of Prudential California Realty in Los Feliz represented the buyers.
