David Spade lists Malibu home
Comic actor David Spade has listed his Malibu beach home for $13.5 million.
The two-story house features a cylindrical staircase, four fireplaces and beach-facing balconies and decks. Built in 1996, the four-bedroom, 31/2-bathroom home of more than 3,700 square feet sits on a quarter-acre lot with a pool.
Spade, 47, co-stars on the series “Rules of Engagement” (2007 to present). He is in the films “Jack and Jill,” released last month, and “Grown Ups” (2010). Spade also has hosted, appeared on or written for “Saturday Night Live” for two decades.
Public records show he bought the property in 2005 for $9.3 million
Bryan Harper of Coldwell Banker’s Malibu Colony office is the listing agent, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
