The Westlake Village estate of TV producer and writer Bill Bickley, whose credits include “Happy Days” and “The Partridge Family” from the 1970s, is on the market at $4,395,000.
The 2.5-acre property includes a 7,000-square-foot house with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a nine-car garage and an infinity pool.
Bickely’s extensive body of work includes hundreds of episodes of series such as “Step by Step” and “Family Matters” in the 1990s.
Public records show the house last changed hands in 2004 for $3,585,000.
