TV exec Alan Mruvka’s Beverly Hills Post Office home for sale
Entertainment industry executive Alan Mruvka has put his Beverly Hills Post Office area home up for sale at $5,395,000.
Set on a gated street, the more than half-acre property includes a 5,193-square-foot contemporary house, a 3,000-square-foot driveway and a swimming pool. The home, built in 1960, features an 1,800-square-foot master bedroom suite and a maid’s room for a total of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Mruvka co-founded and created the Movietime cable network (now E! Entertainment Television) in the late 1980s and started a film and television production company that bears his name in 1990.
Public records show he bought the property in 1987 for $650,000.
