Adam Levine unloads Hollywood Hills rental for $3.55 million
Perhaps coach Adam Levine of “The Voice” got tired of being the landlord. The Maroon 5 frontman has sold his home in Hollywood Hills for $3.55 million in an off-market deal.
The remodeled Mid-Century Modern-style home sits on a half-acre lot with a separate guest unit. Features include two interior fireplaces, a home theater, an exercise room, a security system, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Walls of glass open to an outdoor fireplace, swimming pool and spa.
Levine, 34, is the lead singer and guitarist for the Grammy-winning Maroon 5. He has worked with Kanye West, Natasha Bedingfield and 50 Cent, among others. The singer-songwriter has been a coach on “The Voice” since 2011.
He bought the property in 2005 for $3.195 million and has been leasing it out at $10,000 a month.
Levine bought another house in the Beverly Crest area late last year for $4.83 million. Last fall, Real Estalker reported he was floating the Hollywood Hills home for sale off market in the high $3-million range.
