Tyra Banks picks up another home in Pacific Palisades for about $7 million
Tyra Banks is keeping the real estate wheels greased on the Westside.
After picking up investment properties in 2016 and 2017, the model and television personality has paid $6.995 million for a contemporary-style home in Pacific Palisades.
Built in 2014, the modern build features wide-plank floors and high ceilings across 6,160 square feet of interiors. Highlights include an indoor-outdoor living room with Fleetwood doors and a rooftop terrace with an in-ground spa.
Counting the master suite, which offers ocean views from large windows, there are five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
Other amenities in the three-story spot include a wine cellar, gym and a media room with a wet bar. Out back, an infinity pool sits next to a lawn.
Banks paid the full asking price for the home, which came on the market in September, records show. Prior to that it traded hands in 2016 for $6.785 million.
Amy Hollingsworth and Jamie Leff of Coldwell Banker Residential co-listed the home. James Respondek and Heidi Lake of Sotheby’s International Realty represented Banks.
The 44-year-old California native began her career as a model before expanding into acting. The 24th season of her show, “America’s Next Top Model,” premiered in January.
