Trent Reznor lists Beverly Crest area home with studio for sale
Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails has listed his Beverly Crest area home for sale at $4.495 million.
Updated with modern finishes, sleek lines and open living spaces, the Midcentury Modern-style house was built in 1966. Among other renovations, a sound-proofed media studio occupies the converted garage. Retracting French doors open the kitchen to a dining patio.
A balcony with a fireplace and an illuminated stone wall are among features in the master suite of the five-bedroom, four-bathroom two-story.
An infinity-edge pool, lawn and an outdoor fireplace complete the more than half-acre of grounds. There are canyon and cityscape views.
Reznor, 49, founded the industrial rock band in 1988 and serves as singer, songwriter, producer, instrumentalist and only official member. He assembles musicians for live performances and tours. “Hesitation Marks,” released in 2013, is the latest of Nine Inch Nails’ nine studio albums.
He bought the property in 2007 for $4,187,500.
Richard Stearns, Greg Holcomb and Mark Rutstein of Partners Trust are the listing agents.
