Former NBA point guard Steve Blake is looking to pass on his home in the suburbs of Portland, Ore., the city where he spent three different stints with the Trail Blazers. The asking price is $1.699 million, or about $85,000 more than what the 37-year-old paid for the home in 2007, records show.

The three-story spot has plenty of room to spread out with nearly 6,000 square feet of living space. Interior details include high ceilings, custom woodwork and oversized windows that bring in the views.

Arched front doors opens to a formal entry lined in hardwood floors. A living room, a family room and a formal dining room are among living spaces on the main floor. The kitchen has a curved island and a breakfast nook. An office with built-ins completes the floor.

A finished basement lies on the lower level and holds a guest suite with a separate kitchen. In all there are five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Outside, a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen looks onto a pool and spa. Lawns fill out grounds of about two-thirds of an acre.

Blake spent time with the Trail Blazers, Clippers, Lakers, Washington Wizards and the Detroit Pistons, among others, during his 13-year NBA career. Before that, he won a NCAA championship in 2002 as a member of the Maryland Terrapins.
