‘Arrow’s’ Stephen Amell lands a wooded Tudor home in Hollywood Hills
Actor Stephen Amell, who stars on the CW series “Arrow,” has bought a Hollywood Hills home for $3.62 million.
Built in 1981, the Tudor-style two-story is on the site of a 1930s house that burned to the ground when Rolling Stones musician Keith Richards was in residence. Richards was a renter at the time and barely escaped.

A bridge over a creek leads to the half-timbered home, which is set back from the street amid mature trees. Leaded-glass windows in keeping with the style add character inside and out.
The 3,920 square feet of bright living areas have recently seen the end of a paintbrush dipped into white and gray paint. A formal living room with French doors, a family room, a pub, a library, five bedrooms and four bathrooms are among the interior spaces.
An updated kitchen features a wine refrigerator, a breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry and marble counters.
The more than half-acre lot contains a swimming pool with a spa, lawn and a pergola.

Amell, 34, also has played “Arrow” character Oliver Queen in “The Flash” (2014-15) and the 2015 miniseries “Vixen.” He will star as a crime-fighting reptile in the upcoming film “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.”
Jason Reitz of Rock Realty was the listing agent. Michael Carter of Keller Williams represented Amell.
