Shannon Beador of ‘Real Housewives’ sells her Newport home for $9 million
Shannon Beador of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” fame and her husband, entrepreneur David Beador, have sold their home in Newport Beach’s Crystal Cove community for $9.05 million, property records show.
The gated estate, which had been listed for as much as $16 million three years ago, was withdrawn from the market before closing. The most recent list price was $10.898 million.

Occupying its own wing, the master suite has herringbone wood floors, a boutique-style walk-in closet and French doors that open to a private balcony. A total of seven bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms includes a guest/pool house.
Formal gardens, a swimming pool and spa and a putting green fill the half-acre grounds. A subterranean garage has parking for as many as 11 cars.
John Cain and Kathryn White of HOM Sotheby’s International Realty were the listing agents. Devin Lucas of Lucas Real Estate represented the buyer.
Shannon Beador has been a main cast member of “Real Housewives” since she joined the show in Season 9. The series was renewed for an 11th season in April.
