Scott Disick buys a $6-million Traditional-style home in a familiar hood

After closing out the year with an off-court pass of sorts to NBA star Russell Westbrook, Scott Disick is settling down in familiar territory.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” personality recently bought a house in guard-gated Hidden Hills, nearby homes owned by many of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, for $5.96 million.

Set at the end of a cul-de-sac, the two-story Traditional-style home opens to a formal entry with herringbone wood floors.

Formal living and dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen with two islands and a family room with a fireplace are within more than 8,100 square feet of interiors. A glass-enclosed wine closet is built into the staircase.

A separate children’s wing includes a second family room area and a bonus loft, while the master suite boasts dual closets and a private balcony. In all, the home has seven bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, including an en-suite with a separate entrance.

Outdoors, mature trees dot pastoral views of the surrounding area. A swimming pool and spa, fire pit and basketball court make up grounds of more than an acre.

The house came to market in June for $7.495 million and was more recently priced at $6.495 million, records show. A year ago, it changed hands for $2 million.

Marc and Rory Shevin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties were the listing agents. Tomer Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty repped Disick.

Disick, 32, was the longtime partner of TV personality Kourtney Kardashian. Their on-again, off-again relationship is often the subject of story lines on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” in which they both appear.

The recent purchase comes less than a month after Disick sold a contemporary-style home in the Beverly Crest area to Westbrook, a point guard with the Oklahoma City Thunder, for $4.65 million.
