Poison drummer Rikki Rockett lists his canyon spread in Castaic
Rocker Rikki Rockett of Poison fame has listed his estate in Castaic, an unincorporated area in northern Los Angeles County, for sale at a little over $1.3 million.
The drummer, who recently filed for divorce from his wife of seven years, Melanie Rockett, bought the house in 2011 for $665,000, records show.
Set on about five acres in Hasley Canyon, the rural setting includes a Traditional-style main house, a swimming pool with a raised spa, an outdoor cabana and a detached garage with recording studio.
Two floors of living feature Travertine flooring, raised ceilings, an updated kitchen, five bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms in 3,794 square feet. There are fireplaces in the family room and master bedroom.
A large expanse of grass and wide canyon views complete the grounds.

Rockett, whose real name is Richard Allan Ream, is a founding member of the glam metal band Poison, which has sold more than 45 million records worldwide. The 53-year-old released his first and only solo album, “Glitter 4 Your Soul,” in 2003.
