Architect Richard Landry offers up his Century City condo for $3.69 million
Ultra-luxury architect Richard Landry, whose designs have attracted such celebrities as Tom Brady, Wayne Gretzky and Mark Wahlberg, has listed a place of his own in Century City.
He recently put his two-bedroom condo on the market for $3.69 million, up from the $3.1 million he paid for the spot in 2015, records show.
The designer pad sits on the 30th floor of the Century, a 42-story high-rise known for its luxury amenities, which include 24-hour guarded gates, a screening room and a resort-style pool.
A private elevator serves the 2,280-square-foot home, opening to a floor plan with a wall of windows overlooking the city. In addition to two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the condo also holds a covered terrace.

Landry has been dubbed “King of the Megamansion” for the opulent luxury of his projects. The Canada native has a long record of designing homes for celebrities in L.A., including Michael Bolton and Rod Stewart.
