Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz has sold his home in Studio City for $1.23 million.

The 2,013-square-foot home, built in 1948, has been updated to include an open concept kitchen with bar seating, French doors that open to a deck space and a double-door walk-in closet. There are four bedrooms and 3.25 bathrooms.

A waterfall fountain, red-brick patio space and a trellis-covered outdoor living room are among exterior features on the nearly 6,000-square-foot lot, which is set in a foothill area.

Wentz, 35, also is primary lyricist for the rock band and owns the Decaydance Records label. Once married to television personality Ashlee Simpson, Wentz hosted the show “Best Ink” last year.

Fall Out Boy is touring the U.S. this summer and working on their sixth studio album.

Thomas Atamian of Dilbeck Real Estate was the listing agent. Gregory Zmrukhtyan, also with Dilbeck, represented the buyer.
