You could almost fit an entire baseball field on the Arizona property that former third baseman and coach Matt Williams is selling in Arizona.

On the market for $9.5 million, the gated estate spans more than two acres in Paradise Valley and centers on a Tuscan-inspired mansion of about 14,600 square feet.

Fronted by a circular motor court, the home opens to a chandelier-topped rotunda. Marble and stonework fill the living spaces, which include two dining rooms, two living rooms, a billiards room, wine cellar and theater.

The master suite, which includes a coffee bar, sauna and spa, opens to a private courtyard. Including a 600-square-foot guesthouse, there are eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Outside, bushes flank a swimming pool finished in Italian glass tile. Other outdoor amenities include a covered lounge, outdoor kitchen and pool house.

David Newman of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.

Nicknamed “Matt the Bat,” Williams, 52, knocked 378 home runs during his baseball career. The slugger spent time with the Giants, Indians and Diamondbacks, winning a World Series title with Arizona in 2001.

As a coach, he has had stints with Arizona and was the manager of the Washington Nationals in 2014-15. He currently is third base coach for the Oakland Athletics.
