No waiting for it: ‘Hamilton’ star Leslie Odom Jr. lands a bungalow in Cheviot Hills

Leslie Odom Jr., who won a Tony Award for his role as Aaron Burr in the hit Broadway musical “Hamilton,” and his wife, actress Nicolette Robinson, have bought a home in Cheviot Hills for about $1.75 million.

The Spanish-style bungalow, which dates to 1931, features such original details as hardwood floors, exposed beams and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. There is period tilework in one of the two bathrooms.

The tidy 1,800 square feet of living space includes an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, a sun room and three bedrooms. French doors lead to a patio.

Various sitting areas and lush landscaping fill the hedged and gated grounds.

The seller, documentary filmmaker Gabriela Bohm, listed the home for sale in October for $1.885 million, records show. More recently it was listed for $1.855 million.

In addition to his stagework, Odom Jr., 36, has television credits that include “CSI: Miami,” “Person of Interest” and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.” This year he appeared in the mystery film “Murder on the Orient Express.”

Robinson, 29, is known for her television roles on “The Affair” and “Hart of Dixie.”

Janin Paine of Keller Williams Realty was the listing agent, according to the Multiple Listing Service. Bryony Atkinson of Maisonre Real Estate represented the buyers.
