‘Lucifer’ star Lauren German is casting off her landlord role
A Valley Village home owned by actress Lauren German through a trust is for sale at $1.729 million.
Multiple Listing Service records show the single-story ranch was made available for lease soon after the “Lucifer” star bought the place two years ago for $1.512 million.
Built in 1936, the home’s designer-perfect 2,445 square feet of interiors are a mix of contemporary elements and classic charm. A pitched skylight creates a focal point in the family room. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
A waterfall accents the backyard pool and spa. An office/gym sits behind the two-car detached garage on the lot of nearly one-quarter acre.
German, 39, has starred as Det. Chloe Decker on the fantasy comedy-drama since 2015. Before that she was on “Chicago Fire” and “Hawaii Five-O.”
Joan Duffy of John Aaroe Group is the listing agent.
