Larry David sells in Pacific Palisades for $12 million

Larry David curbed his asking price on his Pacific Palisades estate by more than $2 million and found a buyer.

The gated English country-style mansion was reduced to $12.995 million last fall, then recently taken off the market while the sale was pending.

The sales price was $12 million, according TMZ and Realtor.com, which spotted the activity.

The nearly 1-acre property includes the main house, a guesthouse, mature trees and a swimming pool. Used-brick fireplaces, half-timbering and steeply vaulted ceilings are among the features. The 11,272 square feet of living space includes seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

There are canyon, city and ocean views from the property.

David, 66, was a writer, producer and actor in “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” which he created in 2000. He was the head writer and an executive producer for “Seinfeld,” winning an Emmy for the comedy series.

Santiago Arana of the Agency in Beverly Hills was the listing agent.
