Kylie Jenner keeps up her selling ways with another deal in Hidden Hills
Kylie Jenner of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and “Life of Kylie” has sold a home in Hidden Hills for $5.275 million, records show.
The Traditional-style house, built in 2012, sits on more than three acres of grounds that back up against a hillside.
A slate walkway leads up to the house, which has more than 5,150 square of living space on a single story. A row of pedestals support a covered porch extending along the wide front of the home.
Beyond the front door, the Pottery Barn-vibe interior has wide-plank flooring, wainscoting and a mix of subtle hues. Beamed ceilings top a great room with a fireplace and wet bar, and a chef’s kitchen has a center island. There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
A swimming pool and spa, pool house, covered patio, lawns and landscaping fill out the backyard.
Tomer Fridman of Compass was the listing agent. Sharon Staples of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
The home sale is the second in as many months for the 20-year-old reality television and social media star. In July, Jenner sold another home in Calabasas for $3.15 million. She maintains other property in Hidden Hills.
Jenner is largely known for her family’s reality series, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” which follows the lives of her siblings, in-laws and parents. Last year she launched the makeup line Kylie Cosmetics.
