Kylie Jenner buys a house that’s already in her neighborhood
When those Kardashians leave the nest they stay close to home. The latest family member to pick up a house in their gated Calabasas community is Kylie Jenner. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” costar has bought a Mediterranean-style house for $2.6 million.
Built in 2006, the 4,851-square-foot two-story seems to have it all -- living, family and dining rooms, two-built-in entertainment centers, a library/study, a breakfast bar, a bonus room, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. A solar electric system provides power.
There’s also a courtyard and a three-car garage.
Outdoor amenities include a covered patio with a 26-foot-long dining table, a barbecue center and a swimming pool with a spa.
Jenner, who will turn 18 in August, has largely grown up on the family reality series, which centers on the lives of her parents, Kris and Bruce Jenner, and her siblings. She and sister Kendall Jenner will be featured in an upcoming mobile game created by Glu Mobile, the company that developed Kim Kardashian’s successful “Kim Kardashian: Hollywood” game.
The property previously sold two years ago for $2.15 million.
Marc Shevin and Rory Shevin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties were the listing agents. Tomer Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty represented Jenner.
