Kourtney Kardashian sells home in Calabasas
Kourtney Kardashian has sold her boldly decorated home in Calabasas for $2.975 million.
Apparently the black, white and bright interiors by designer Jeff Andrews caught the eye of the buyers, who paid an additional $125,000 for select furnishings. Now Kardashian can set about decorating the larger nearby home she recently bought from retired pro football player Keyshawn Johnson.
The 5,400 square feet of living space at the home she sold includes a breezeway entry, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a library/office, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
A swimming pool, spa and covered loggia on the half-acre lot have city and mountain views.

In addition to her role on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kardashian has been in several family-related spinoffs.
She bought the property in 2010 for $1.7 million, public records show.
Tomer Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty and Marc Shevin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices were the listing agents. Andrew Levant of Kennedy Wilson represented the buyers.
