Comic actor Keegan-Michael Key sells Los Feliz home for $1.48 million
Sketch comic and actor Keegan-Michael Key of “Key and Peele” fame has sold his home in the historic Los Feliz neighborhood for $1.48 million.
Just outside Griffith Park, the 1960s house sits up from the street and is entered through a gated courtyard. Views from the multilevel home take in the cityscape, treetops and surrounding mountains.
Within the 2,600 square feet of interiors are a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and an open-plan kitchen. Sliding glass doors off the living room open to a balcony that spans the length of the second floor.
The top-floor master suite has a glass-enclosed shower and a soaking tub. A total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms also includes a lower-level suite designed for guests.
Outdoors, stone planters and gardens surround a patio and dining area. A swimming pool with a spa and waterfall feature also lies within the grounds.
The house previously sold a decade ago for $1.255 million, records show.
The 44-year-old Key is known for the Comedy Central series “Key and Peele,” which he co-wrote and starred in alongside comedian Jordan Peele. His other television credits include the sketch series “MadTV and the sitcom “Playing House.”
This year he starred in the film “Keanu.”
