Hot Property: Kaley Cuoco Sweeting parts with Sherman Oaks home
Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and her husband, Ryan Sweeting, have sold their home in Sherman Oaks for $2.565 million.
The Tuscan-inspired house was built a decade ago. Designed for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining, it features an outdoor living room and fireplace, an outdoor kitchen with an eat-at bar, a swimming pool and a spa.
The 5,233 square feet of living space includes a family room, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Stone fireplaces and interior arches are among architectural details.
The dressing room has extensive shoe racks, a shampoo/hair station with a salon bowl and two balconies.
Cuoco-Sweeting, 28, stars in “The Big Bang Theory.” She also starred in the 2014 comic film “Authors Anonymous” and will be in “The Wedding Ringer” next year.
Sweeting, 26, is a professional tennis player. The two were married in December.
They sold because they bought the Tarzana home of former Laker Lamar Odom and television personality Khloe Kardashian earlier this year for $5.499 million.
Stephanie Vitacco of Keller Williams was the listing agent. Mia Trudeau of Hilton & Hyland represented the buyer.
