Joe Hahn of the alt rock band Linkin Park has sold his home in Brentwood for $4 million.

Set in a six-home gated community, the contemporary house was built in 2002. Features include a rotunda staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows, solar power, an elevator, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, 6,893 square feet of living space and a three-car garage.

The more than half an acre of grounds has city, canyon and ocean views.

Hahn, 37, is the DJ and programmer for Linkin Park, which has won two Grammy Awards and sold more than 60 million albums worldwide.

They are working on an album for June release called “The Hunting Party,” which band members say will take a heavier direction than their previous works.
