Actor Eddie Kaye Thomas lists his Hollywood Hills bungalow for sale
Actor Eddie Kaye Thomas, known for the “American Pie” films, has put his home in Hollywood Hills on the market at $849,500.
Set raised from the street, the 1950s bungalow was once owned by actor Don Mantooth of “Earthquake” (1974) fame.
White-walled interiors feature vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a remodeled kitchen. A set of built-in bookshelves sits off the dining area.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom are within approximately 1,000 square feet.
French doors open to a brick patio and a deck with an outdoor fireplace. Views take in treetops and the surrounding canyon.
There’s also a two-car garage.
The house last changed hands in 2004 for $700,000, records show. Hat tip to Celebrity Aerial Address for spotting the listing.
Laura Stupsker of The Agency is representing the property.
Thomas, 35, stars on the CBS drama “Scorpion,” now in its second season. “American Dad!,” “How to Make It in America” and “‘Til Death” are among his other television credits.
