Drake Bell foreclosure house on the market in Los Feliz
Drake Bell’s foreclosed-upon home (as in: no longer his) is on the market at $1,524,900. The seller of the Los Feliz house is Union Bank.
The Spanish-style house, built in 1929, looks rather down-on-its-heels in the listing photos. Among its features are a rotunda entry, decorative wrought-iron, beamed ceilings, a step-down living room with a fireplace, stained glass, arched doorways and wood floors.
The 2,640 square feet of living space includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There’s a swimming pool and city and mountain views.
Bell, 27, has stayed in the news this year Twitter feuding with Justin Bieber and filing for bankruptcy. The actor-musician, of “Drake & Josh” fame, also released his third album, “Ready, Steady, Go!,” this spring.
The pop-rocker bought the property in 2007 for $2.05 million, taking out a $1.5 million mortgage, and lost the house last year, public records show.
Hat tip goes to Redfin for calling the listing to our attention.
Joyce Essex Harvey of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
