Delta Goodrem, the Australian singer-songwriter and television competition series judge, has sold her home in Hollywood Hills for $3.4 million.

The Mediterranean-style house, built in 2003, came on the market last year and was listed at $3.68 million prior to the sale. Goodrem bought the house seven years ago from “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” personality Brad Sherwood for $3.1 million, records show.

Sitting on a hillside lot above the Cahuenga Pass, the gated property has panoramic views of the canyons, city lights and mountains. Vaulted ceilings and walls of windows bring a light and airy vibe to the interiors.

The 5,072 square feet of interiors include a formal entry with a wrought-iron staircase, a step-down living room and a center-island kitchen equipped with four ovens. The plum-colored master suite has a fireplace and a sitting room for a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A covered patio, an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool and spa lie within about a half-acre of grounds. There’s also a larger motor court that fronts the entrance.

Rami Elminoufi of Beach City Brokers was the listing agent. David McCallen of Real Estate eBroker represented the buyer.

The 32-year-old Goodrem has hits that include “I Don’t Care,” “Lost With You” and “Innocent Eyes.” Last year she released “Wings of the Wild,” her fifth studio album.

She will serve as a judge on the upcoming singing competition series “The Voice Australia.”
