Dave Coulier of ‘Full House’ fame cuts loose from longtime home in Encino

Dave Coulier of the family sitcoms “Full House” and “Fuller House” has sold his Encino home of more than a decade for $1.929 million. The ranch-style house, built in 1947, had been listed $1.959 million.

Originally known as Lindley Farm, the two-story house was renovated and expanded to nearly 4,100 square feet. It features beamed ceilings, handsome brickwork and hardwood floors. In the updated kitchen, white cabinetry pairs with black countertops for visual contrast.

A formal dining room, a vaulted-ceiling living room, an office, six bedrooms and three bathrooms complete the floor plan. The master suite, which has a sitting room, takes in a garden views through large picture windows.

Outdoors, grounds of more than a third of an acre include a barbecue center, a swimming pool, lawns and landscaping. A garden courtyard sits off the front.

Coulier, 58, bought the home 16 years ago for $990,000, records show.

The actor has previously served as host of “The New America’s Funniest Home Videos” and has done voice-over work for the shows “Robot Chicken” and “Muppet Babies.” In addition to acting, he is also a performing stand-up comic.
