Cindy Crawford has shed a few digits.

After finding no takers at $60 million, the supermodel and her husband, businessman Rande Gerber, have lowered the price for their renovated compound in Malibu’s Encinal Bluffs area to $50 million.

The blufftop estate, set on more than three acres of grounds, includes a Hacienda-style villa, a tennis court and a swimming pool.

Built in 1944 and recently renovated, the home has a refreshed interior that incorporates white walls, subtle notes and natural finishes for a casual beach aesthetic. Living and dining rooms, a media room, a center-island kitchen, four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms lie within nearly 5,300 square feet of living space.

The master suite is equipped with a sitting area, his-and-hers bathrooms and a fireplace. Another bedroom, doubling as a guest retreat, has a private entrance and kitchen.

Walls of glass open to ocean-facing, wraparound decks for indoor-outdoor living. Mature landscaping, lawns and trees fill the park-like grounds. At the edge of the property is a pathway that leads to the beach below.

The property last changed hands in 2015 for $50.5 million, records show.

Crawford, 51, took to modeling in her teenage years and has appeared on hundreds of magazine covers.

Gerber, 55, is a former model and a nightlife industry businessman. He co-founded the tequila brand Casamigos with actor George Clooney.

Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency hold the listing.
