NBA star Chris Paul closes a door in the San Fernando Valley
Houston Rockets point guard Chris Paul, who last night squared off against his former Clippers team and then some, has sold a home in Woodland Hills for $1.95 million.
He bought the property four years ago for $1.775 million, records show.
Set behind fences and gates on half an acre of grounds, the Mediterranean-style house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and more than 6,400 square feet of living space.
Through the home’s rotunda entry is a two-story foyer with a sweeping staircase that opens to the living room. A full wet bar and sink adjoins the dining room, which has one of three fireplaces. A cook’s kitchen, theater room and wine cellar complete the floor plan.
Sliding glass doors open to expansive patio space, an outdoor barbecue station, a fire pit and a fenced swimming pool. Hedges and fencing surround a sports court and playground in the rear of the property.
There’s also a four-car garage.
Ikem Chukumerije of Westside Premier Estates was the listing agent. Natalie Kraiem of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
The sale is Paul’s second in Los Angeles County since he was traded by the Clippers to the Rockets last year. In September, he sold a roughly 12,200-square-foot mansion in a gated Bel-Air neighborhood for $8.7 million.
The nine-time NBA All-Star owns other property in Calabasas.
