Rapper Big Sean lists his Hollywood Hills home for sale at $2.3 million
Hip-hop artist Big Sean is moving on from his Hollywood Hills West home of three years, listing the property for sale at $2.295 million.
The gated Mediterranean, built in 2006, features an open-concept kitchen with a large center island, a media room and a master suite with a fireplace. Large picture windows and French doors take in city light and canyon views, as do multiple balconies extending from the multilevel home.
The roughly 4,200 square feet of interiors, with dark wood floors and vaulted ceilings, also include formal living and dining rooms, five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. One bedroom is currently outfitted as a sound studio.
A two-car garage sits off the entrance to the home.
Big Sean, whose real name is Sean Anderson, won BET Awards for best male hip-hop artist and best new artist in 2012. The 28-year-old has released three studio albums, the latest of which, “Dark Sky Paradise,” hit No.1 on the Billboard 200 chart last year.
He bought the house in 2013 for $1.675 million.
Mica Rabineau of Nourmand & Associates holds the listing.
