Tennis star Andy Roddick sells L.A. contemporary for $3.3 million
Former top-ranked men’s tennis player Andy Roddick and wife Brooklyn Decker have sold their home in Cheviot Hills for $3,337,500.
The three-story contemporary had been listed for $3.395 million since late July, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Done in floor-to-ceiling glass and steel-framed windows, the 4,900-square-foot home features an open-area living and dining room, modern kitchen, office and a top-floor bonus room that opens to a rooftop.
The master suite is wrapped in a wall of windows and has a walk-in closet and a soaking tub. There are a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. An elevator serves all three floors.
Outside, an outdoor living room centers on views of Century City and Wilshire Corridor.
Roddick and Decker bought the house in 2013 for $2,792,500, records show.
Michael LaMontagna of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, was the listing agent. Zach Goldsmith, also of Hilton & Hyland, represented the buyer.
